Refund policy
We want you to love your Twinsixes hat. If something isn't right, we're here to make it work. Here's how returns and exchanges work.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn item for a refund or exchange. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags still attached
- Free of stains, odors (including cologne, smoke, or perfume), pet hair, or signs of wear
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
We reserve the right to deny refunds on items that don't meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee for items returned in unacceptable condition.
Items We Cannot Accept Returns On:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items damaged by improper care (machine washing, dryer use, etc.)
- Items returned without original tags
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at [your email] with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
- Whether you'd like a refund or exchange
We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address. Do not send returns without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Exception: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping. Just include photos when you reach out.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt and issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
Bundle Returns
If you purchased a bundle (2 hats for $90 or 3 hats for $125) and want to return one hat from the set, the return will be processed at the prorated bundle price, not the individual retail price. To receive full retail value back, the entire bundle must be returned.
For example, if you bought a 2-hat bundle at $90 and return one hat, the refund will be $45 (half the bundle price), not $50 (full retail).
