Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Twinsixes. We ship every order with care from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If you need to make changes to your order, contact us at info@twin6es.com as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if your order hasn't shipped yet, but once it's out the door, we can't modify it.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Twinsixes account.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, please check with neighbors and household members, and look around your delivery location such as the porch, side door, or mailroom. Contact your local post office or carrier, and wait 48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early.

If your package is still missing after 48 hours, email us at info@twin6es.com with your order number and we'll help you file a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Twinsixes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report and contacting the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.
